AN ANGEL'S TEAR Today I was told I could never have you; in the way I need you. Today I was told I could never have you; in the way I want you. How do you let go? How do you stop the waves that-this emptiness brings? How do you stop these reverberating waves of hollowness that drowns my empty soul? When tears even refuse to wash away this love that my memories-keep bringing back. How can I stop... the yearning that-this burning gives life too? How can I never again say I love you? By: B. W. ONLY WHAT A SUNDAY AFTERNOON CAN GIVE Our chance to see the coming of our day is lost-in the memories of yesterdays. And those times that we should have had, are as that warm spring wind or an old familiar song that gently caresses one's mind back-to those times when a spring drive or lovers' walk in hand was but a true moment of sweetness and peace; wrapped ever so carefully in a day that gives one a smile and that warm tingling remembrance as if this day was one of those lazy slow sunny sunday afternoons when all was right and at peace; and I was with you. WE NEVER OPENED THE MEMORIES All our times came and all our times went and never once did we stop to listen to the truths that were always there... The past does hold the clues and answers to moments long gone bye; but blind eyes never see what is really important and what can be lost... For not seen, nor even heard those times spent are times that I have known and would gladly wish to know again; for they were with you. Our time together has not been sent; it still holds its future to moments of tomorrows in memories that were never opened. Come sit with me and let us know our beginning is now, and not lost to moments past; and hoped to be relived. I do not want the yesterdays, I still have this chance for you with tomorrows being ours... Come grow old with me. And all the todays' dreams will be yesterdays' memories that we gladly open as we lie in each's arms and smile. By: B. W. Evans 5/31/8:02 p. m.
LET ME KNOW Let me know why the wind blows hard to where the whistling is heard far and long brings to mind that forever sad song when my heart is sad and you are not near to hold me tight and long so that my soul may rest in your peace and calm I gather myself to accept that which I may never fully understand how that a broken heart is only lost if the one you love does not let you know. JUST DON'T SAY GOOD-BYE TONIGHT Love me past tomorrows' nights and days left bright to love's hold and sight of you in my arms as we make our love just one more time our music captures this our moment as our time gently-flows with the sounds of our songs echoing our love through this our night.
